How long does it take for the manufacturer to send me my order?
The cabinets will be delivered approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the order is received
and confirmed by the manufacturer. Please note that Kraftmaid and Carlsbad Cabinets
are not responsible for delays in shipment due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. Weather).
Will the cabinets be delivered to the curb or will they be brought to a designated
area inside the premises?
You can decide whether or not you want the cabinets sent to your home/office or to
Carlsbad Cabinet Co. Either way, they will be delivered to a location indoors. If you
have them delivered to your home/office, they can be delivered to a 2nd floor location for
free. There will be an additional charge of $150 if the cabinets must be delivered to a
location above the 2nd floor.
Do I have to be at home when the cabinets are delivered?
Someone must be at the delivery address to accept and sign for the cabinets.
Do the cabinets come with a guarantee or warranty?
Kraftmaid offers a lifetime limited guarantee. For more information on their warrantee,
